Partner with Us!

Craft Pub Runners is excited to partner with your establishment to bring a lively crowd of pub runners to your venue on a Tuesday night of your choosing, significantly boosting your sales on what is often a slow night. After finishing a short run between 6:30-7:00pm, our members are eager to unwind and socialize at your establishment for the rest of the evening. In addition to bringing enthusiastic patrons, we will actively promote the event and your business through our social media channels, newsletters, and word-of-mouth, ensuring even greater visibility and potential new customers for your bar/brewery. Furthermore, we will encourage our members to share their wonderful experiences at your establishment through their own social media and online reviews. Let's partner and create an experience that benefits both our running group and your business!

Common Questions from Partner Bars/Breweries

How many people would be coming to our bar/brewery?

Typically, around 30 people, but we don’t do RSVPs and don’t promise a particular number of pub runners—the number of runners can fluctuate with weather and locations. Please check out our social media if you’d like to get a sense of our numbers on a week-to-week basis. It is rarely below 20 people and can be as high as 60 in rare cases like season opening runs.

Does our location need to provide food?

No, it does not. However, if you do provide food or partner with any third-party food service (food trucks, delivery arrangements, etc.) so that you have food available, about a fourth of the group typically will buy food.

What specifically are you agreeing to do?

We are agreeing to do the following:

  • Provide (in the days prior to the event) at least one social media post promoting the pub run at your establishment via CPR’s Facebook and Instagram.

  • Setup virtual events to promote the pub run at your establishment on both CPR’s Facebook and Meetup accounts.

  • Schedule and have the club’s weekly pub run at your establishment on the agreed upon Tuesday.

  • Encourage (on the day of the event) participants of the pub run to do their own social media and review posts about their experiences.

  • Provide a wrap up social media post highlighting the pub run and your establishment via CPR’s Facebook and Instagram.
